noob question on clones

HELLO ALL,! noob here and i have to say praise to "just another bozo" for the cloner thread i was having poor results UNTIL i made that baby :thumbsup: now my question........... i have always been in soil i have built a 6 pack bubbler/drip combo and put my lil darlings in 2 of the six took right off 2 more are seeming to be stunted for upwards growth but have 4 or 5 inch roots already and i was wondering if i may have done bad by using the thrive and 2 drops per gal of superthrive in new home. do i need to add any other nutes? everything is so far so good just the stunt thing also note i am not close to a hydro shoppe everything comes via mail and i have ordered a hydro "trio" from fox farm that contains.... grow big,.. big bloom,and tiger fertilizer there is six gallons of water in bubbler so can i just add these to the existing water OR start fresh and leave out the thrive and super thrive ? also can someone point me to where i can get a idea of how often i should put new water and nutes?i do check ph 2 times per week and it never gets above 6.9 i bring it back down to 6.0 or 6.1 and i do that after the nutes have been added i am not sure on this either but just gathered it from reading here at this wonderful forum . thanks to all who read this and thanks in advance for replies ! this forum has been a GODSEND to me!! as my wife has M.S. and i was at the mercy of street thugs for getting her meds before starting to read here .:jointsmile:
