how can i obtain a mmj card

hey i am not looking to make tons of money or anything. i am just looking to help someone as being a caregiver. I knew someone who recently passed from hep c who used to use medical mary j and there caregiver was a no good asshole and use to over charge her and was only around when it was good or him to be around... honestly he was a "caregiver" to care for himself.. and that used to piss me off so frigen much. and i always use to say i wish i could be a caregiver and be good one.. i know one person isnt going to change alot but i know i will help atleast one person. so i figured now is the time if nything i am laid off and have all the time in the world to grow and maintaine plants and help someone out. so does anyone know how i would go about gettting a card?
