some help please?

:smokin:hey guys this yr i have no way of starting any plants indoors,and i wont be able to determine whats m/f untill flowering begins outdoors...so my question is how can/how do i take a clone from plants outdoor's its an hr drive from my house to my plots..how can i make sure the fresh cuts make it for the trip..

i have rooting hormone and cfl lights to keep the cuttings under and i will be using jiffy seed starting mix for the clones....it stays moist and takes a while to dry out...

do i need to keep cuttings in a dome thing or can i just keep them warm and under lights in small containors...

and the real important part...do i cut a branch or the shoots coming off the branch...

i read aboiut cloning but never found anything on cloning a plant in my situation..

any info very much needed....

If had to do that. I would just pick up some 16 oz Styrofoam cups and some Saran wrap and bring a small cooler and a spray bottle. cut them dip them and stick them. Then mist real good put the Saran wrap over the cups to keep moisture in. Then put them in the cooler close the lid. They should be fine.

thanks rub bub/ now exactly where do i take the cuttings the shoots or branches......and after i take the cut i slice the ends to a point then dip n stick..

how many can i take from 1 plant at a time...and how long into growing...is a good start time...


and yeah i like the skunk train grow i dont know how to subscribe and keep checking the updates but very cool...im starting mine in a few weeks.. :) hopefully they do good

Take a cooler with a couple cokes in them and a big baggy. Cut the twig part where there is a node. Chuck em in the bag and put em in the cooler with it open about half to create a bubble fridge,''if you will''.

Chuck em in the bag and put em in the cooler with it open about half to create a bubble fridge,''if you will''. Heck i know a guy that keeps clones for 6 months in his crirsper, so 1 hour would be fine.:hippy:
