And this has always been one of my concerns about our initiative process here in Washington. Unlike Cali, here the legislature can do anything they want with our voter passed intiatives after 2 years. So actually I'm a little surprised that we even still have MMJ here. All the voters can do is keep passing intiatives and pay attention to which politicians are screwing with out intiatives and remember them come november.
