Monterey CA Info Help

Good day folks, I am moving to Monterey, CA. I don't know if I will be in the city but for sure in the County of Monterey. I need info on how I get a medical ID card in Monterey County. I need info on how many plants I can grow indoors. I have about 15 years of experience here on the east coast and want to do everything there within the laws. I saw where the city of Monterey shut down the collective there and was wondering what the situation is in Monterey. I don't have a choice of where I live so I am going to do it regardless but still I need the info. Also how do I sell my product there. Do I go up to these guys in the collectives or are there brokers? Someone that realy knows please let me know about the total situation there.
