Help with Setting up a Delivery Business

I lived on the beach in california for a while, and I noticed in my town that there were no dispensaries. Anyone who wanted medical marijuana had to go out of town, or get it delivered. To me this means that a delivery business there might be especially successful.

How do I go about setting up a legitimate medical marijuana delivery service though? I'm already a legal patient, but I can only carry up to one ounce, and grow so much. Does anyone know the steps I would have to take to get from where I am to being able to advertise and deliver medical marijuana to people in town without risk of legal troubles?
