making cannabutter

hey,

I am a rook at making cannabutter and i want to make a small amount just for myself. Would an 1/8 OZ be enough to do the job? how much butter should i use? is simmering for 3 hours enough time to make the butter?

You can tweak the amount of weed/butter used, just make sure to use the same ratio ( 2 grams bud per 1 tablespoon).
