they sure are......its just this one takes it to a whole new level. All those empty promises here in the states during the campaign....followed by his round the world "I can do this and I can do that" bash America tour....now whats he gonna do? Use reconciliation to pass welfare healthcare and have the dems obliterated in the midterms and he himself become a lame duck president? Not to mention the years and years it will sit in the courts while states sue to opt out ......or maybe Pass the newly disgraced cap & trade bill which he promised in 4 seperate european nations? Its quite the pickle. Loose your base....or lose the majority?
