Property owner wants to avoid Legal Jeopardy
I own a small warehouse in the SF Bay Area and i suspect that my tenet maybe running a grow operation. I personally supporter Prop 215, however I'd like to avoid any legal jeopardy as a result of my ownership or lose my property due to Forfeiture Laws. Any advise or links on the matter would be greatly appreciated.

best advice I could give, is to give NO indication that you are aware of any such operations going on ... YOU are still on the hook with the Feds, if your tenant gets busted ... the Government law enforcement authorities love to bust people that own property, or have wealth, for them to SEIZE ... it becomes the property of the Government, and in the past, has been auctioned off BEFORE the case even went to court :wtf: ... me, myself, although I am a grower, would NOT risk my property with someone else's 'projects' ... check with your attorney, I suspect he will repeat my advice ... good luck :smokin:

If they are legal, and stay under the radar, I wouldn't think you'd have any problems.
In your lease, do you have the right to inspect? Can you evict them if they are doing something illegal?
