I own a small warehouse in the SF Bay Area and i suspect that my tenet maybe running a grow operation. I personally supporter Prop 215, however I'd like to avoid any legal jeopardy as a result of my ownership or lose my property due to Forfeiture Laws. Any advise or links on the matter would be greatly appreciated.

If they are legal, and stay under the radar, I wouldn't think you'd have any problems.
In your lease, do you have the right to inspect? Can you evict them if they are doing something illegal?

Right now you have no concrete knowledge of what is going on at your warehouse. You are in no legal jeopardy right now. This will change if you inspect and find what you expect to find. If you inspect you must act on what you find. There will be a paper trail (your notice to inspect) and if you do nothing, after inspection, you could be indicted as a co-conspiritor.
Spend the extra money and have the sheriff or police serve the notice. They may solve your problem for you.

Just don't inspect. Unless there is laws that force you to where you live. If there isn't, and they pay you on time. Then there's no reason you would get in any trouble for whatever is going on there. A majority of major grow ops are done in rented properties because there is usually no danger to the owner, only whoever is at the property during the raid.

I may get flamed for this but so be it. The OP is a landlord. While right now he may not be in legal jeopardy he is indeed in financial jeopardy. If his warehouse is raided he gets no more rent. Damage may be done to his warehouse. In some indoor grows the warehouse will be rewired on the sly and far from code. It may take time to find a suitable new tenant. All of these costs come out of the OP's pocket.
While it may all be good and happy to look the otherway the OP is in grave financal danger. If he wants to look away, get a large NON refundable deposit, and the years rent in advance, just to cover his losses in case of trouble.
