Grow Op 102 [HELP]

I am starting a small grow with three of my friends. As of now, we have the spot [friends basement], we have a rack that will be used to hold all of the lights, and it is adjustable.

So we need basically everything still.

Lights - CFL [How much Wattage do we need per plant? We are starting with 3 plants
Soil - What type? I also have Miracle Grow 24-8-16 when should we start using that?

What do I plant it in? Something small and transport it? Or start with a big pot and leave it in there?

What's the best indoor seeds? A-B-seeds cannabis marijuana seeds sell
Early Pearl / Northernlights is what were thinking. Good?
