If you plan on using dilution, then the N2 dilution sticky is great, with only a few suggestions.

First, make sure to use Gatorade instead of Water to help with the specific gravity.

Second, make sure that about 3 days before you take your test, make sure to STOP ALL EXERCISE, which will help you go into hybernation mode

Third, on the day of your test, EAT ABSOLUTELY NOTHING

Also, to help you with specifics, you will need:

* approximately 15mg--20mg B2
* approximately 1000 mg Vitamin C
* 20 grams creatine daily for 1 week in advance of test
* 30 grams creatine 2 days before and day before test
* 5 teaspoons Metamucil Daily, starting at least 3 days before test

Be sure you DO NOT overdo the B2 or the Vitamin C or else your urine will look neon-yellow, like a yellow highlighter, sending up red flags... Also, it can take at least 2 days for creatine to convert to creatinine, depending on your body type and metabolism, age, etc....

You can EASILY make it within 3 weeks, if you practice, practice, practice...

Oh yeah, one more thing, make sure to buy some THC test strips and some Adulteration test strips...the more you practice the better...

One more bit of advice, to help you measure your fluid intake is to keep in mind that one good 'swig' (or mouthful) of fluid is approximately 4 oz of water, so you'll be able to measure your intake by counting 2 or 3 swigs of fluid to equal the 4oz--6oz of fluid explained in the dilution sticky...
