Upcoming Pre-employment screening, questions about Quick Fix

I am currently a temp, and the client company has informed me that they want to hire me full time when I finish my obligations with the agency at the end of next week. I am pretty sure I will see a drug test, if not at the end of next week, then the following week.

I smoke several times daily -- about a half oz a week, all very high grade herb. I don't think I have a chance passing with dilution, so I have decided to go with Quick Fix after doing some research here.

Questions for anyone kind enough to help me out:
1) Is there a significant difference in the experiences people have had between buying in local head shops or ordering online? There are a bunch of head shops around here, but I am nervous about getting a bad batch after reading the warnings about counterfeit batches, old batches, etc. But I also want to make sure I have enough time between now and the test to get the QF.

2) Does anyone know of the "more reputable" online sites to buy from? Is urineluck.com reputable, and will they send out a reliable batch?

3) I have done a lot of research around the forums, so I think I have a pretty good grasp of what to do, and I'm not here to freak out about passing or not passing (though it is a bit nerve racking to think about, for sure). But is there anything else a first timer needs to know before trying to join the "sub club" -- other than basically to make sure the temp is right?

1:No difference, price is what dtermines it for me. I wish QF would put the date stamp on the outside of the box. I buy from my local headshop for $17.Have never had a problem
2:urineluck is the manufacturer of QuickFix, aka Spectrum Labs.
3:Just the temp issue and thats easy to do. The nice theing about QF is you can heat it multiple times and not hurt it.
When pouring in the collection cup"
If its a little high just blow on it till the collection cup thermometr says 98, step out of the room.
If its a little low, rub your thumb against your pants for a couple seconds then hold against the temp strip on the collection cup, when it says 98 walk out of the room.

So the techs just go by a temp strip on the collection cup? So if its, say, 95 degrees when I pour it in, I can just make the temp strip hotter, and not the actual sample?

I have used QF, bought from the Spectrum Labs website, and it worked perfectly for me.
Killer had everything right on. My only comments would be to make sure that the QF you buy is unopened (still has the plastic wrap on it) and a new version. You won't be able to check the version at a head shop since that information is located inside the package, but if you buy online it should tell you the batch. The one I used was QF5.7, Batch F11F-09.
(From everything I've heard they go by the heat strip on the cup, they do not manually test the temperature).
Heating it up is the hardest part, and it's really not hard. I heated mine up two times before I left, each time 10 secs (didn't get hot enough first time), wrapped the hand warmer around it and crotched it (I'm a girl) for approx. 25-30 minutes - no problem. If for some reason your temp drops, use the hand warmer provided to heat up the temperature strip on the cup.
QF really saved me and I can't say enough great things about it.
I have no doubt you'll pass and I wish you all the luck, even though you won't need it. :thumbsup::hippy:

Yep. If its a little low rub your thumb against your pants and then hold it against the strip. Get it 98 and walk out of the room

I bought the 3 oz version. Will that be enough, or should I bring another 2 oz? I figure they don't need much. Should be a standard test: 38851N SAP 5-50/2K+MDMA/NIT.

i'm glad i got a real straight laced buddy i keep a bottle full of it in my freezer
just in case saves me money when they test once a year

2 ounces is all thats required for a UA.
The batch number will be on pice of paper inside the box. If you bought it from urineluck its fine.
