there is a guy who advertises openly just as long as ur not in the usa he will send to you and hge accepts cash. just go up a good few posts and have a good look and you will find ur answer..

weedcity.com they take american dollars even though they are international. Just make sure its registered mail cuz then you have a tracking number and its garunteed to get there. I ordered from there with no hassle and the owner is really kool about stuff.
