Plants getting too tall
I just moved my plants into the flowering chamber because they were growing into the lights in the veg chamber and burning. How can I slow down or stop the vertical growth so the same doesn't happen in flowering? It is a short growing strain supposedly and I have 48" of vertical space. Thanks guys.

Most of the time its easier to just top the plant while its in veg. Keep in veg for about 2 weeks before putting into flower. Also this way you will end up with multiple colas rather than just one.

You can still do some LST (low stress training). Do a search and you will find plenty of info on it. While it's not recommended during flowering, your plants will heal faster than with topping, usually within a couple days. Best time to do it is about 6 hours after a good watering, just be careful and don't get too carried away as you can break a stem.

You are going to be in some trouble. Your plants will almost triple in height when you start to flower. You could start bending them down.

This is a post that is still recent that talks about LST during all stages. IMO you can do it all the way into the first or second week of flowering if done right.
