does faster metabolism help out with hair test?

I just had a question. I go to a private tech school that will give u a hair test if you are suspected of using drugs. Im a pretty good student. Im never late for class and have had an A just about the whole time ive been going there. Anyway I was just wondering if you have a fast metabolism (id say that im about 5' 10' and only 120lbs. so i have very little body fat.), will that cause your hair to become clean faster? I can smoke everyday and a urine test is clean in about 16 days for me. I don't know if that has anything to do with a hair test though. Does anyone know?
