Help with Nutrients

Ok i have a 40 gallon reservoir i have 3 nutrients and its in the veg stage

i wanna do it a easy way so that i have 40 gallons of water in the reservoir, then i add all the nutrients.

so my nutrients go like this 1,2,3(tsp)/in a gallon x 40. that's a lot of teaspoons, so i am hoping someone can help me out. conversions bring me confusion. if there a way so that i can put in cups or FL oz.

1 ml=20 drops. 5 ml=1 teaspoon. 15 ml= 1 tablespoon. 30 ml=1 ounce. 120 ml=4 ounces. 480 ml=1 pint. 3785 ml=1 gallon. 1 pint=2 cups

Also what type of system are you using? Unless you plan on buying nuts by the gallon you will be making some more trips to the hydro store.
