what about used soil?

its good to run another ???or its better to throw it and take fresh

I know most people will come in here and say no way, just spend the $10 and buy a bag of soil.

I think you could get away with it if you flushed the soil well, added some organic compost, pearlite and light fertilizer to it.

Flush the devil out of it, drain well, put in a sealed plastic bag for 2 months in the sun. That will kill any bad guys and clean the mix.

Alternatively, you can bake it in the oven after flushing well, at 350 for at least 30 minutes to sterilize.

Or you can do the easy route, buy another bag and save the old for your potted plants, garden, whatever.....or make a heavy trash can.
