Help Mysterious Holes with pics

ive been noticing lately that my plant has these holes popping up. but they dont seem like an infestation. they appeared when the leaves were sprouting. also there are spots on my plant that look like glitter but they do not come off does anyone have an idea of what this could be?

Not sure what the holes are. They don't look too bad. I wouldn't worry too much about it. I notice it looks like your leaves are curling upward. Thats usually a sign of over watering.
