Weird 24h blooming

Hello all, Nice to be here, you people rock!

I am an experienced grower, I have been doing it for several years. I moved 3 years ago to a tropical country which is 12/12 year round. I had a few successful grows but suddenly, the unexpected happened. My plants are starting to bud for no reason, even under 24 h light (12 hours of sun and 12 under florescent, have done this without a problem before). 3 calyxes per site, the top is producing hair at the same time as new growth. What the hell is happening? need advice! (p.s this is not an auto strain) :(
