Legal?
I want to sell an ebook out of my website about how to grow for medical use. I know I have the right to free speech, but because it is illegal in some places to grow, am I jeopardizing myself in doing something like that?
The web site company's main office is in a different country, the server is in USA. It is not illegal in that country to publish this.
Before I spend the money on a new domain and set up an estore for that, I would really like to know where I would stand, how much attention from the feds I would get?
If you have stuff you can cite to back up what you say I would appreciate it and mind, I am in WA State.
Thanks

I'd look for a pro-pot publishing lawyer to ask for advice. Check out what publishers currently offer grow guides and start emailing people there to get you headed in the right direction. I hope someone can give you some better advice, this is just what I immediately thought of. Good luck, & hope I get a nice discount when you publish it ;)

WW,
Try here: The official Guru of Ganja Ed Rosenthal (Ed Rosenthal) | MySpace
I would also search engine his name and address. There maybe some dispensary in oakland associated with him also.
I have met him once in portland, I also bought all his books at that time and ate dinner with him.
Goodluck.

So far no response....I really should go talk to a lawyer licensed in this state.

That would be a good idea.

I know its legal to write a book on how to grow marijuana, so I dont know what the difference would be between that and an online e-book. If that answers your question.
