Yet Another Hermie Question
Hi, All...Hope everyone's having a fine holiday weekend.
I just successfuly cloned 6 plants in the old rubbermaid bubbler. Six out of six.
I'm so proud of myself, my elbow's sore from patting myself on the back!
Anyway, I think the mother plant went hermie . I thought it might have been before the cuttings were taken.
Does this mean that the clones themselves will turn out to be hemie also?
Thanks........J

Do you know what the cause was? If it was genetic then yes, otherwise possibly if it was due to the environment and it doesn't get fixed.

My light schedule got F'd up somehow or another...Luckily, it was only the one plant.
Lesson learned---- Don't fuck with the timers when you're good and ripped!

BTW...It's a bagseed experimental / learn by trial and error kinda thing.
Yet Another Hermie Question
Your clones are actually the same plant as the mom. (Not offspring, with genetic diversity, but exact copies.)
Your cloned plants will be susceptible to *whatever* made the mom hermie. If you think it was light cycle screw-ups, be careful not to do the same thing to the clones.
Consider: If you took a whole bunch of clones at the same time, that in itself could have stressed the mom to hermie.
Just my .02.
