Hey guys, first off Hello to all I am new on these forums simply because I am knowledgeable about weed. I have a few questions. I am a canadian and recently I got a house in Cali and will be there A LOT this summer. It is 2 hours from LA, And i was wondering if i had to be a US citizen to acquire a license for my anxiety? I will be a resident of Cali just not permanent.
^ that is good question, sorry I don't live out there anymore and don't have the answer but maybe someone on here will but if I were you I would go to the DMV and get a California I.D. Having a valid Cali ID seems to open a lot of doors out there. :twocents: good luck.

I have one other question, Currently im in Hawaii and i was wondering what the policy on sending back unused pipes would be? Like shipping them to my house.
Certainly no issue would arise. Any pipe, no matter the material, shape, or size, can be claimed as a tobacco pipe UNLESS it contains any sort of federally illegal substance resin on the inside/ outside of it. I am no lawyer but head shops here legally sold all types of pipes before MMJ was passed in 2008.
