Red States get more aid than they pay in taxes

I'm pretty sure Red States get the benefit of income redistribution from big states like CA to small states that get tons of Farm Aid.
For all you folks in the midwest, would you give up price supports for farm commodities? Do you realize that is a huge socialist program from FDR? I don't hear anyone whining about how much propping up corporate farms cost?
For the oil producing states, what about all the tax breaks big oil gets and the harm they do to the ground water that then everyone needs to pay to filter out?

Hmm...Taxes and regulations (and foreign import treaties) have virtually killed the sole proprietorship (family owned) farm industry. And since you haven't looked-up blue state subsidies yet, here's just one passed last year, for one blue state:

(no mention of the drought and that little f'n guppy preventing the industry from watering their crops)

And as far as the oil companies go...lets just check on subsidies for oil in that state, too:
