Well I must say this is by far the best grow I've done. I've yet to see the dry weight of course but the buds look lovely. I have learned one thing this time, I hate trimming.
Have a look at these pix and tell me what you think. The images are rather large but well worth it in my opinion. (I have no idea what strain it is)

Looking good...yeah those little leaves on the buds suck to trim but it's worth it

I use a nute package called SuperNatural. It really does a great job.

One thing I've found to work really well is to take a daily feeding/watering schedule and break it into two parts. If it calls for 1tsp of a nute per gallon of water, I'll do 1/2 tsp in 1/2 gallon of water twice a day. Sure does seem to make a difference. In a couple days I'll know the dry weight. Should be well over an ounce per plant.

I just took a dry weight tonight since in my drying room the humidity dropped to 20% over the last 2 days and they are starting to get crispy if touched. Got the buds into jars about 10 minutes ago. Dry weight averaged 2.5oz per plant.
I have a special room built exclusively for my grow, it's roughtly 8x8
Sounds awesome man, and yeah I'd go with bigger pots next time also.
