Anyone play Left 4 Dead 2?

Just picked it up yesterday, played it about 5 hours last night and today. I consider myself pretty skilled at L4D and often play game battles with some of the best. However, this game is taking some getting used to. I still haven't figured out how all the new special infected work, let alone teamwork and stuff. I feel like I should be getting better after 5 hours, but it's like awhole new game alomst. I'm very pleased :D

I'm glad it's a challenge, but I was wondering if anyone had any tips for the game? I'm most interested in tips for the new special infected.

I got really freaking baked last night before playing Versus online, and it took a good 15 minutes before I realized the Spitter doesn't just spit...it has to lock on first, like the Smoker does.

maybe your still baked, because the spitter doesn't have to lock on.

Either way, I love this game more than just about anything right now

LOL, I was still baked, actually. What I meant was that the spit has to charge up like the boomer's bile....nevermind, I dunno what I meant. My wife thinks that the Spitter is the boomer's wife.

I've figured out a few strategies for the special infected, but I've yet to even START learning the maps or planning strategy. With the Spitter, I will save my spit until someone has been down for awhile, then spit on them to hold off others from picking up the downed person. There are quite a few 25 damage pounce spots all throughout the maps, so I try to take advantage of those.

I'm having trouble with the Charger. I've found the charger can be effective like the hunter to incap survivors quickly (finding a stragler is easy). But I don't think I'm taking advantage of the full potential. I've hit 3 people with one charge, but not all 4 yet. Any suggestions?

I've come in tune to loving the puke you can throw. Which by the way, last a good bit of time! Also, best way to kill the witch of course is fire! Grenade launchers, red dot sights on certain guns, ammo upgrades! This game has everything the first one was missing! I hate the jockey the most! Grrrr, blow his ass away with the auto shotty! :)

Man we're stuck on the rock concert level. That one is a fuckin doozy.

By the way, if you walk up to the microphone on the concert level, your character stats singing. Hilarity ensues.

Haha, I'll have to try that microphone thing.

I'm sure I could look it up online, but what the heck are all the boxes and random things on the ground at the rock concert?? Are you supposed to take them somewhere? Or do you just shoot them to create fire and sparks?
