Hey wasup, I took a drug test recently and I had an eye drop bottle of 15 mL of clean urine. It wasnt enough so I gave some of my own, it was clear. I smoked heavy for about three weeks. Stopped for 5 days and exercised and sweated alot and drank a lot of water. the morning of the test i drank a lot of creatine. it will take 3-5 weeks to find out the results. so im curious to know if it is likely that i passed the drug test??
Youve screwed up by loading on creatine on the day of the U/A.
It takes 2 days for creatine to metabolize into creatinine. So any creatine loading should be done 3 days before the U/A.
If you were exercising 0-3 days before your U/A. then youve screwed up there as well. THC is stored in the fat cells. Exercise burns fat cells which releases THCA into the bloodstream and end up in the urine. 3 days before the U/A, you want to put your body in "storage" mode. Stop all exercise and be lazy as possible so you dont release a bunch of THCA into the bloodstream which ends up in the urine on the day of the U/A.

i work out frequently about 3-5 days a week and take creatine after every workout. but shouldnt the clean piss help at all??
