national vote to legalize it,regulate it,tax it

I believe we need to have a national vote on legalize it, regulate it ,tax it .
with all the money promblems the usa has we need to do this asap.it would collect so many billions of dollars, how many jobs could be made by legalize it.
i think if everone 18 yrs and older had a vote/voice to be heard i think many more people would go for this... i dont know how to get this thing started other then writting to the president saying we want to have a vote to turn this economy back the way it should be. and we believe this is the right way and the right time to do this!!!! save the usa economy. save the earth. lets email the president!!!!
