Nationalized Health Care
The big problem as I see, it is this.
You will NEVER in ANY society be able to provide services to all citizens. Even in the most perfect society, there will be those that fall out side the lines. Changing the entire system of a few hundred million people to help the 12-20 million that fall out side is insane.
And wouldn't you know it the UK system has a 38% higher death rate on cancer than we do. Canada is close behind.

Why is it that we seem to want to replicate failing systems instead of successful ones? The answer is simple. ideals verses reality health care for everyone sounds like such a wonderful idea. In reality it's impossible..

I disagree. I think a system could be developed but it just needs to be constitutional. Let the states have a shot at it. All the states get to try whatever system they want and see which one works out the best.
