Marijuana as aid for insomnia

What marijuana strains can you recommend for relief of insomnia?
I am prescribed Trazadone and Ambien and neither work for me, plus
I would prefer something more organic rather than chemical based.

Sour diesel. I just picked some up and it took 2 bowls but i actually ended up passing out. I smoke pretty hard and have VERY HARD times going to sleep also. This bud really did it for me, and so will the Kush line's. What you need to be looking for IMO is the FULL Afgan's/Indica's. Kush's. :thumbsup::stoned:

There are several studies in my "Granny Storm Crow's list" about sleep. Just click the link in my sig and scroll down to the "Sleep" section. Sadly, medical science hasn't caught up with us yet- they just use "cannabis" in their studies, not specific strains. :(
