leaves on top light greaan uniformly surrounded by darker green on top new leaves

a plant in soil has mayybe five leaves (older one that kinda curl a little bit . the bottom 7/8 looks great nice green color no drooping or curling but at very to two sets of fan leaves and growth shoots are brighter green almost yellow but not quite the leaves have uniformly lighter green spots on leaves along veins on fan leaves. the room is nine by nine by nine an intake of 125cfm of air and same amount for outake a thousand watt hps with 125 cfm air fan cooking the light. temp is 75 through 78 during day and 65 at dark cycle . also white bumps not any eggs are growing up to plants 4 internode. all in soil relative humidity is 30 to 45 . plant is 15 inches tall really bushy all branchs have grown as high as cola . i have some bc nuts ahte bloom, boost, and grow and some old blooming miracle grow around here 15 30 15 on miracle grow can i use hydro nuts for soil growing and if so what ppm shou i mix up an can i use vinegar to drop ph if thats the prob or is it cal mag nut lock up or something else. plant is 5 around can barely put my arms around if i try . in need of help
