Marijuana can interfere with OCD medications and make depression more severe. so I read but I would have to think it depends on the strain of marijuana. Do not take this advice to the bank its just what I have red

I do NOT recommend using any type of psychodelic if you have OCD. I'm a professional therapist, and I have experience working with OCD patients who use mind-altering substances...the results can be bad. Without going into extensive explanation, marijuana can trigger panic attacks incredibly easily in persons with OCD.

OCPD (obsessive-cumpulsive personality disorder) is at lower risk of the negative affects, but is still wouldn't recommend using cannabis.
