My idea for a co-op with benefits... Ur opinion?

Basically since i would really be in it for enjoyment, for my non-profit share would be to start a insurance company off of any money made from medical marijuana and provide Health insurance back to my customers, or maybe some sort of 401k, like minor %. or at least basically for someone who needs a serious operation but doesnt have money. I could donate it to some actual good causes. I Have a feeling their is dispensaries who are making alot of money, PERIOD. When really should just be selling the marijuana for all operation cost covered, this would include the caregiver getting money out of this, but not over 40-50k a year like a normal real job.

edit: Like a cap at 50k year for owner/operator or minor 1-3% of total sales, even if it is 5 million a year in sales.

I did always wonder where the money goes, medical mj while much better costs almost exactly the same as street prices. The dispensaries dont exactly have foyers theyre rather small and non-descript. They would be making alot of money, I just wonder what they do with it as a non profit

stuff it away for a rough day. LOL. pay taxes on it and be wealthy. I am honestly confused though, I mean once the business grows to a certain point it would be a fulltime job + employees, so i would personally HAVE to make something in order to have a mortgage etc... Also i will break down all of my cost and i do mean every penny spent from day 1 to harvest and do the math per gram. I know i can grow it for about $4-5 a gram of high quality meds, So why is it still $20??? or $60 an 1/8. Thats like 400% ROI, and thats cool but, nothing NON-PROFIT about that. How about a 30% ROI? so grams are $7.50 or 10 a pc. If i made 600k or 3m a year i would seriously walk up to city hall and tell them here, im going to start a project and im going to make sure every dollar gets dispursed correctly and not stolen by people who work there. I would just love to go dump a cool 300g's on them and say here you go, Im going to donate this money to fixing the bridge on EX: 31st n guumeds. LOL I mean if we actually put it all together as co-ops and donated How would they ever turn them down?
