Hey ppl! I'm just curious to know some steps to successful meditation as my life isnt getting less stressful and Im startin to hav a lot of trouble coping. Meditation is one of the few options im going to explore. Any ideas?

As far as I'm concerned, meditation is best when it's done to fit you. I suggest you get some books from www.Amazon.com or www.Dailylama.com to get some insight into this (as it's a somewhat involved process). If you want some more information, you can IM me.
