50 Liter DWC

Hi, was wondering how many times i need to change the water a month, also i made the DWC and i've 18 net pots in it...could i grow 18 plants with a 250w hps?

Twice a month. One every 2 weeks.

Yes you can grow that many close together just keep them on the small side. Depending on the strain I would start at one foot for flowering.

250 watts is not near enough light ,you need at bare minimum 400 watts. your plants will stretch like hell. As a general rule you need to swich out your rez every week 14 days at most

your going to get stretch no matter what W light you use, its what happens when you switch to flower. If you start flower at a short height as Loc said you should be fine. As for rez twice a month is 14 days hehe :jointsmile:

i change my water every sunday,but thats just me.

Change mine weekly also

thanks guys for your input, i have a 400w metal halide aswell but leckie wise it was costing a bomb to run, so more money spent, better plants, got it....thanks again

so i take it Himalayan Gold is out of the question, since it's a monster plant..

No it's not really out of the question. Just start flower before 1 foot high and see how it does. Once you have learned the strain you maybe able to go bigger or do some topping to make it bushy.

My bro has a 250 I got him and he gets 2 or 3 ounces from one bushy plant.
