you should try bagseed for your first grow. get the hang of things, then buy some quality seeds and have a bombass grow.
From everything I have recently searched for Hemp Depot seems to be a good choice.

IMHO, I think the war on drugs should be shifted to other more deadly drugs as MJ isn't deadly at all. Kinda dumb to spend all that cash on fighting "the Drug war" (MJ) and acually spend the cash on some other drugs that shouldn't be illegal.
