Calling Rusty T/ Reveg questions

Well here is my questions. I really do not have any big fan leafs left on my plant main stem, But I have 3 new top buds with 2 fan leafs coming out the buds.
: Will this plant have issues since I have no big fans left on the plant main stem.?
: I have 2 buds directly below the top 3 bud would you recommend I leave them alone or should I clip theses also for the extra smoke.
: There are also 5 more buds further down, Which I am hoping will start some branching if the veg works. Or should I only leave maybe 3 buds.

How do you go about trimming the roots.?
: Wont this cause shock to the plant.?
: Do you wanna do this right away before you start reveg or can it be done after.?

How long on average would you say it take until you start to notice new growth.?
