I have used Gypsy Nirvana (Gypsy Nirvana's Seed Boutique) is UK based...they have a wide selection of seeds, and delivery time was reasonable.
I also used Hemcy in the past...but although their shipping was quick, the seeds often did not germinate.
The seedbankupdate.com has good info on other seed companies.
