Help--Plant is Withering and has Rust colored spots

This isn't my first time growing ..but this is my first time that i need help, my plant is about 6 inches been growing for about 4-5 weeks had it in a Styrofoam cup, was getting a little big for it , so i moved my baby very carefully without damaging any roots it was fine, i planted it. was good for about 2 days in a half..and it started withering and looking dried out with rust colored spots...it looks very pale.. Could it be plant shock,or maybe nutrient starvation- i kinda over watered it for a week or so but it would look different right? first pic is before- the two other pics are after :confused:

Read the grow guide in my siggy. Correct everything you're doing wrong. You can't grow in plain sand in a cup. You've got no food, not enough light, too deep in pot, etc....
Study and start over...
