I dont think the democrats or republicans have any plans except expand, power, money, and control. These folks give 2 shits what the people want, its what they think is best for the people. Marxist Obama has expanded the war on terror, done jackshit for the gay community, continued the patriot act and rendition with it, broke all campaign promises and REFUSES to post a gigantic bill online because the public have em by the balls. Bush was a fuckin idiot who did shit but kill islamofascists and open the door for oompaloompa Obama to expand the FED.

I think a true Independent, free thinker will do more than both combined, we will see I guess, 13 months is when the change will actually start.

They care about their backroom deals with big PHARMA more than they do the people, and they are gonna pay for that soon. The Dems need to be PUNISHED and the Repubs also need to stay in the corner for a decade or so. Axelrod, ballerina Rahm, and Obama pulled a fast one and got elected on a bogus centrist agenda that they cant achieve, no they are being taken to the cleaners for it by morons like Glen Beck, and rightfully so. Fuck em.

that is a good question. if you look at Congress and their voting record on allowing med use in states where it is legal, the dems are historically about 10 to 1 in our favor over the repubs. Not as good the Independents, but not bad.

At the executive branch, a repub Nixon started the "war on drugs" and repub Reagan accelerated it. dem Carter tried to decrim but was shot down but dem Clinton has the dubious honor of the most cannabis arrest for any president, although in fairness Clinton got served with a repub Congress two years in, much like Obama is about to experience.

I campained and voted for John McCain but looking at Obama so far my thought is he has probably helped us more than any other President so far (I know that is not saying much :jointsmile:) by ackowledging the state's right to medical cannabis. Clinton and Bush didn't do that. I still remember seeing the fake Time magazine cover on the wall at my favorite club right after Bush Jr. was elected that read "We're fucked". :D

But, I wonder sometimes if they hadn't found that note from the DEA that read "all hippies must die" if the war on California wouldn't still be on. So, in summary, they all suck but Obama seems to have sucked the least as far as states' right to med use. :twocents:
