Is there any chance I will pass this drug test?

So I smoked last wed night (10/7) and that was only the second time I have ever smoked (the first time was about 2 years ago). I was drunk and unfortunately forgot the fact that I have a drug test this tuesday morning (10/13).
So I have been freaking out. I have gotten some advice to take creatine until tuesday and then the morning of the test take aspirin, water, and some b vitamins.
Is there anyway that I will pass this drug test? I am of average weight, eat a healthy diet and exercise. I could probably push it back a couple of days but I don't know if that would help at all?? Any advice?? Thanks!

You can always get a home test just to be sure.

Drink 20oz of gatordage 90min before test. pee 2-3 before ya go in, and use mid-stream to fill the cup.
