Need a first, second, third ect. opinion on this one! PLEASE!
So just my luck, there was a power surge in my house, and the damn ballast wasn't hooked up to a surge protector. My dumba** thought the power strip I got was a surge protector. Anyways, long story short, the ballast is broken ...but still covered under the 90 day gaurentee!! But this still doesn't help my plants. So I quickly scurried to home depot and bought some t8 shop lights and lined the room with these. But I need to know if this is acceptable and if this will work in the meantime...probably for the next 10-15 days specifically. I did the best I could. I happened to have another seedling sprout also which I know will be ok under these lights...but i'm mainly concerned about the others. here are some pictures showing the room. Thanks!

You should do fine for two weeks if kept close & cool with the fan like they are in the pictures. You could even use CFL's.

T-12's or T-8's is plenty of light for the first 3 weeks.......I use T-12's...6500k
(next time:...don't start your seeds in such big pots. 16oz cups or 4 inch pots is better...:)...)
ps...I'd lose those drip pans, too
