Lawsuit against the state

Any Washington State medical marijuana patient that did not get an affirmative defense,Had plant limits enforced upon them before the new plant limit law was in effect in 2008,Had your medical marijuana seized and handed over to the feds,and you did not get a state seizure hearing,or had your case turned over to the feds,From 2000 to present,You may have standing to join a lawsuit that Will be filed in either December of 2009 or January of 2010,
The subject of the lawsuit is a civil conspiracy to undermine the state medical marijuana laws with federal funding.All of the federal contracts and agreements will be filed as exhibits as well as law enforcment documents that will proove a policy was developed and executed.39 exhibits with multiple pages.

This suit should survive immunity claims,and summary judgement due to extensive public records documents.

Who can they contact to join the lawsuit?

I will put out a contact just before filing.I have standing so the suit is written about me,but it could easily become a class action.There is a class action section ready to be put in by my lawyer,a civil rights lawyer in Tukwila,JK, if enough people come forward.Their issues have to be related to the lawsuit or the issues above.I have evidence to support an argument for a conspiracy to create and enforce plant limits ,undermine the affirmative defense,and seize medical marijuana for the DEA and by pass the Washington State seizure laws.

The problem is that for most of my claims..and perhaps for others is the statute of limitations so I can't wait to look for enough people to ask for certification of a class action.However there is no statute of limitations for a 1983 action. So if I can proove a civil conspiracy existed ,and get a ruling based on a 1983 action,then others in the same boat might be able to file a writ or something ..they can get a lawyer and go for it.

The only things I'm aware of without a statue of limitations are murder and sexual abuse. So what's your beef based on Sandy? :smokin:

Meetings on a policy,application of that policy.State,County,and City employee's saying yeah we are going to enforce that policy..with 75 percent of the cost of that federal policy paid for by the state of Washington.

We paid our own law enforcement to fuck us with a federal drug control policy.I have the start of it all and everywhere in between.

Anyone can do it.You just start at Conant v McCaffrey,research Pat McCartney,daniel forbes,O'seanessy,then do public disclosure on the AG for all of their medical marijuana stuff,then do public disclosure on the drug task force participating agency,then you have to catch them lying on public disclosure and get them to cough up documents.

I got lucky and got the state to say that the state counter drug programs are a federal entity.Then I went to the feds and said hey they say they are a federal entity,The feds aint backed that up yet.

Now I sue the state county and city for a civil conspiracy to enforce a federal drug control policy with court papers saying the state county and city are federal entities.I never would have gotten the paper trail for the federal sovereignty pipeline without pressing them for those PRA documents.

In other words to make a defense of why they were avoiding state public disclosure,they said we are federal,here.. here is what makes us federal..lololololololololololololololololol.

Now I take the federal sovereignty pipeline and use it for my lawsuit to undermine the state medical marijuana law.So lets recap.I got the feds planning how to undermine the medical marijuana law.I have the when and where our state obtained the plan to engage in "aggressive prosecution" to undermine the law,then I have the when and where the state county,city et al planned the medical marijuana plant limits,I have a Washington State drug task force admitting they are a federal entity and admitting that they are going to undermine the medical marijuana law no matter what the plant limits are. ,complete with the federal contracts that proove, to them anyway, that they can get away with it all.

They figured they could get by with creating policy in violation of the public meetings act,then enforce that policy without having to pass a law...because the votes werent there for them.They asked Kohl welles ..Khol welles said no.. they booked a meeting with the ACLU and started breaking the law...they have been breaking it ever since. Another movement leader and I broke up the practice of these special ACLU pot activist secret meeting bullshit.
Anyway

before that the feds had met to detail there plans to undermine the state medical marijuana laws.those documents were there since the suit by the California doctors Conant v Walters/conspiracy to punish Dr...Also in the discovery was a conspiracy to undermine the law itself.None of our non profit white knights {some of who where actually representing Conant}.{ACLU.}..{Yeah those fuckers have known about it all this time}.Brought an action simular to Conant but on behalf of mmj patients.

Yeah, this all should have been done ten years ago.Too bad we have a bunch of ex pot criminal attorneys manning the key posts of the non profit saviors we got up here.
