Does anyone have a good harvest schedule that they can share?

First off...thank you to anyone who has taken the time to read and share their experience with me. I hope I am posting this in the right place!

1 to 2 ounces a month is way to expensive to buy now a days, which is why I built a grow cab. I will give the specs of the grow cab in a minute. I can only have 6 mature plants, and 12 immature at a time. I would like to be able to harvest at least 1-2 ounces a month so I can save my money. Based on what I can grow legally...does anyone have a schedule that they follow to be able to yeild a prefered amount on a regular schedule? An example might be something like: put 2 into flower on week 1, put 2 more into flower on week ?, then 2 more into flower on week ?, im looking for a similar schedule I guess! I have a seperate veg cab...currently housing 2 mature mothers, 2 up and coming mothers, and 3 waiting for room in the Flower cab. Also, I am interested in knowing when to take cutting from the mother to allow enough time for the veg stage.

Here is what I have:
4wide x 5tall x 2deep cabinet
400w HPS
soil grow with FF and extra perlite
all FF nutes..as per schedule
tap water...adjusted to proper pH level


Do I need to make any changes to be able to yeild up to 2 ounces a month?
Is the size of my cabinet sufficient to house plants that will produce 2 ounces?

When you first start growing you'll probably only get an ounce or 2 dried and cured per plant. You'll get better as you go. SO you usually have about a 4 month ccycle from seed or clone to dried and cured. So with six flowering plants you should be able to easily get an ounce and a half per month and probably closer to 3. There are lots of different styles of growing as you'll find out when you start reading and as your education increases so will your production.
And then again you might just get lucky and hit the righ combiantion 1st shot and get 5 or 6 ounces per plant.

In my first Grow I had 2 plants (female after sexing about 5) I got just under 3oz offa 1 and she was nice an big for the cabinet she was in, my 2nd had a longer veg and came in just under a month after the first and she unfortunately came in just under 2oz. Dunno if it was genetic or me!

My second grow I grew some bubblegum and 2 came in just under an ounce and third I cant remember to be honest, but like my first grow I let her have a longer veg period than the other 2.

Both grows were month apart the second grow took about 3 and 1/2 months give or take. Unfortunately I had to buy some bud in between. But ultimately I am saving money and getting good high quility smoke that aint't contaminated. Thats the most important thing to remember.

Still haven't cracked the formula to have a constant supply of green so can't wait to see what comes up here!

I'm in the same boat bro.

My plan is to use two spaces. A 3x3 closet where they'll finish, and a grow cab which will be used to start seeds/clones a few weeks before the flowering room is done, so when its time, they're already established and get put in the closet, veg for a while if needed or just put em right into 12/12. With the right strain, I could be harvesting every 8-10 weeks, depending on how long they veg in the closet. Good luck.
