Water the seed with ph'd water only about 3-4 oz will do. Place the cup under a shop light for 20 on 4 off. Everyday spritz the surface of the soil in the cup with the same ph'd water until the seedling breaks the surface, which should be in about 3-7 days. Do not add any nutes for the first couple of weeks just ph'd water at a rate of about 1-2oz per day. When the two little leaves that come out of the ground first have grown about an inch or more above the rim of the cup, fill the cup the rest of the way up with potting soil. That should be enough to keep you busy for a couple of weeks. Just remember: this ain't rocket science so try and keep everything as simple as possible until you master the fundamentals.
