PM???

I see a lot of posts that say "PM me" yet I have yet to find a way to PM anyone. Am I not looking in the right place?

We do not have a private message system here. These people who ask for private messages (PM's) will have to be contacted via another messaging source such as aim or yahoo instant messenger.
