when you start the seed
why dont you guys just start them in 5 gallon buckets instead of transplanting them a couple times? I assume it has something to do with nutes and water but im just wondering for my future grow because i woldnt want to hurt the plant while transplanting

when you start the seed
One seed in a 5 gallon pot would drive you crazy trying to determine how much water to put on the plant. Much better to start off in a 16oz drink cup or maybe a 5 inch pot until the plant becomes established. Transplanting or up potting is not that big of a deal. These plants are tougher than you might think. I've never killed one yet do to transplanting.

when you start the seed
its better to have an established root mass, other wise your plant will spend most of there time trying to fill its root system to the 5 gallon bucket and your foliage growth slows down dramatically.
