Can I get some advice please?

Had a great time reading lots of posts on the forum:thumbsup:
I have been a pretty heavy smoker for the past 17 years, over the last 2 years have been smoking a quarter to a half an ounce a week. Absolutely loved every minute of it.
However............I applied for a job about a couple of months ago with a train company and found out that I need to take a urine test about 5 weeks ago. I gave smoking that day and have been clean of cannabis since then. To be honest it wasn't that difficult and I haven't missed it much. I've even started remembering my dreams which is pretty crazy !!
One of my mates works at a hospital and nicked a urine tester for me which I've just done and failed :mad: It was a American Bio medica incup. Trouble is my test is due to be tomorrow. I can put it off for a week, but would love some good advice on how to pass. i really want this job and I'm a bit annoyed that I've actually stopped smoking for just over a month and haven't got it out of my system. I'm about 6'2 and weigh about 12.5 stone, and have always thought that I had a fast metabolism (I eat like a horse and pee a lot)

Any advice gratefully accepted.

i, like you have been a 17yr smoker. I knew a test would be up comming so I stopped. 15 days after i took a home test and failed, so I used QF to sub my UA. I passed. I do not start my new job until Oct 1st. So no smoking until then.

45 days clean I get decent, but not solid line on home tests. Everyone is different.

Follow the dilution method posted above. I would think with 5 weeks clean, a mild dilute ( 40oz of Gatorade ) should be fine for you.

Give mid-stream sample, and do the test later in the day if you can.

Yeah synthetic urine is probably going to be your best bet.

I had a bit of a sleepless night on the 20th. Woke up with a solution. I had the perfect person to do a sub with ; my 4yr old son. Followed the instructions from other posts and it seemed to go ok. I did the cloak and dagger bit fine and also diluted my pee with about a gallon of gatorade, aspirin etc and added a bit to the sample from mid stream. Still awaiting the results!
