Local City Dispensary Laws?

I'm trying to find specifics on local laws regarding medical marijuana dispensaries throughout California, (in the cities where they aren't banned), but I can't find just what I'm looking for.

Most specifically, I'm interested in knowing what the rules, regulations, and fees are required by the individual cities that do allow dispensaries and what those rules/fees are. I'm somewhat familiar with the new Palm Springs ordinance, but I would also be interested in what exactly Los Angeles has on the books, as well as Oakland. It would be really nice if I can get a link to the actual laws so I can print them out if possible. Thanks in advance!
