Dispensaries are illegal in Washington. There are some that are trying to make it work and so far no one in Washington has been arrested for using a dispensary but just be aware. I don't know of any in tri-cities area. I believe there was one in Yakima. A couple of them just got busted in Spokane this week.

(1) "Designated provider" means a person who:
(a) Is eighteen years of age or older;
(b) Has been designated in writing by a patient to serve as a designated provider under this chapter;
(c) Is prohibited from consuming marijuana obtained for the personal, medical use of the patient for whom the individual is acting as designated provider; and
(d) Is the designated provider to only one patient at any one time.
I feel your statements quoted above would have a hard time, qualifying your collation of individuals as a designated provider.
At least a legal one.
ALSO, there is no STATE MMJ CARD in Washington at this time!!!
Did mess up this post?
I just don't like Miss Information!!
Ik'll send the info on to you
Why are dispensaries illegal in Wa? Where can Medical M card holders get their medicine? Are they expected to grow it themselves or what? That just doesnt make sense to me. Thanks for the help... trying to understand the business model in Washington.
There is no business model in Washington.lol
You either grow your own or you have a caretaker grow for you. And the caretaker can only grow for one person.

I believe in the law I also read that the caretaker cannot smoke what heQuote:

Well I hope we are kept informed and updated about the raid in Spokane and how they are going about it with their legal defense and how the court rules. they should go for a jury trial and don't take any deals. :jointsmile:
